With Granny Smith it is no problem to achieve high yields.

Late October.

Shape
Midd- till large sized combined with smooth, green colored peel and conspicuous lenticels.

Flavour
Quite firm and very juicy pulp with a dominate soure taste after harvesting. During storage, the sweet/soure ration is changing which leads to a better taste.  
Shelf life 
Storage under ULO-conditions is possible till July combined with a good shelf life.

Specialties
Less sensitive for scab. Needs storage for a good taste.
